Working at Globex for the last 33 years has been more than just a job—it has been a journey filled with purpose, learning, and unforgettable memories. As I reflect on these three decades, my heart is full of gratitude, pride, and emotion.
When I first joined Globex, I was young, full of ambition but unsure of what lay ahead. Over the years, this company became a place where I not only built my career but also found a second home. The values and culture of Globex nurtured me, helping me grow both personally and professionally.
Throughout my time here, I witnessed incredible transformations. Each milestone achieved by Globex felt like a personal victory, and I am proud to have contributed to its success.
The people at Globex made this journey truly special. My colleagues were not just coworkers; they became friends and family. I am especially grateful for the guidance of my mentor Mr. Amanullah Badal, who believed in me and encouraged me to reach my potential.

I have had the privilege of being part of Globex Marketing Company Ltd. (GMCL) since its inception in 1992. The company started its journey with a small office of two rooms in a rented house in Kakrail, where the Managing Director and Director worked from one room while the rest of us—just a team of 4-5—worked in the other.
Representing Alcon USA and DBL Australia as their local partner in Bangladesh, GMCL faced numerous challenges during its early days. However, through resilience, teamwork, and a clear vision, the company has grown into a leading organization, with the Globex Group now employing over 150 skilled professionals.
Throughout my 33-year tenure, I have been deeply involved in administrative operations, focusing on developing manpower, fostering discipline, and instilling office decorum akin to multinational standards. My contributions have included shaping organizational policies, enhancing staff productivity, and driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
My management experience has been enriched by collaborating with talented colleagues and implementing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. Under the visionary leadership of our Managing Director, I have witnessed and contributed to GMCL’s transformation from a small startup to a thriving enterprise.
It fills me with pride to reflect on this incredible journey and my role in building the foundation of success for Globex Marketing Company Ltd.

I have been with Globex Marketing Company Ltd. since its inception in 1992. From the very beginning, our Managing Director’s behavior has always been exemplary. He worked tirelessly, day and night, motivating us with his unwavering belief that the company would grow, and so would we. He consistently supported us, ensuring we had everything we needed to succeed. In those early days, we often worked late into the night, sometimes until 2 a.m., and even on holidays. Despite the challenges, he never asked anyone to leave; instead, he gave everyone opportunities to improve and grow.
Our team was small back then, but we were like a family. We took on multiple roles, helping wherever needed, and always prioritized our customers. No matter how demanding the circumstances, we never said no to a customer. Their satisfaction was, and remains, our top priority
