ACRYSOF SP

ACRYSOF® UV-absorbing acrylic foldable single-piece posterior chamber lenses are optical implants for the replacement of the human crystalline lens in the visual correction of aphakia in patients 60 years of age and older. The optical portion consists of a high refractive index soft acrylic material. These lenses have biconvex optics and supporting haptics of the ACRYSOF® soft acrylic IOL material. The lens gently unfolds to a full-size lens body following implantation.
